Earn a Graduate Diploma in Cyber Security and Networking to gain hands-on expertise in network administration, design, management, and security. With growing organizational focus on network security and performance, this program lets you customize your studies to align with professional goals. Select courses to build expertise in security systems, wireless/LAN network architecture, global network planning, or network administration. The curriculum also prepares you for industry certifications like CCNA, CWNA, CCNP, MCNS, and CSPFA. Graduates qualify to pursue a Master of Information Technology degree upon completion.
Recognised Australian Computer Society (ACS) -accredited Bachelor's degree in IT (AQF Level 7); OR recognised Bachelor's degree (AQF Level 7) plus an approved qualification in IT (AQF Level 8); OR recognised Bachelor's degree (AQF Level 7) plus two years of relevant IT experience; OR recognised Honours degree (AQF Level 8) plus relevant IT experience. Recognition of relevant and current informal or non-formal learning may be used for entry requirements, and should be discussed with the Academic Chair. Students who have completed the BSc in Internetworking and Security may not enrol in this course.
English Language requirements: IELTS overall 6.0 with no band below 6.0; CAE - 169 overall with no band below 169; PTE - 50 with no band below 50; TOEFL IBT - 73 with no band less than 18; OET - OET with a minimum of C (250-290) in each of the four components.
