Contribute to society by examining criminal behavior, exploring offenders' motivations, and developing prevention strategies. You'll study diverse fields like security surveillance, terrorism, policing, cybercrime, and international crime to gain insights into criminal psychology. Through practical placements, you'll develop critical evaluation skills and learn to apply theoretical concepts in real-world settings. Past students have completed internships with government agencies, community safety organizations, and private sector providers working in areas from domestic violence to prisoner rehabilitation. Graduates of this program qualify for direct admission to the Master of Criminology.
Recognised Bachelor degree or higher; or satisfactory preparation for the course through informal or non-formal learning and/or professional experiences subject to the approval of the Academic Chair.
English Language requirements: IELTS overall 6.0 with no band below 6.0; CAE - 169 overall with no band below 169; PTE - 50 with no band below 50; TOEFL IBT - 73 with no band less than 18; OET - OET with a minimum of C (250-290) in each of the four components.
