The Master of Biomedical Science (MBiomedSci) is a research-focused graduate program offered within the Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, spanning various key biomedical research disciplines. Students conduct an in-depth research project under the guidance of faculty academics, producing work that makes a meaningful contribution to their chosen field while showcasing their ability to perform independent research.

Graduates will possess comprehensive knowledge of research methodologies in their specialization, evidenced through literature reviews. With faculty support, they'll apply these research methods effectively within their area of focus. The program prepares students to produce publishable academic writing and develop critical analysis skills for evaluating research in their discipline, both their own work and that of peers.
An applicant for admission must have qualified as follows:
a bachelor’s degree with upper H2B (a mark of 65 or above) in either an honours year in a relevant field or Master of Biomedical Science (Part 1); or
other qualifications or experience deemed equivalent or a satisfactory substitute by GRC.

Pearson Test of English (Academic): 58 Overall score, No PTE communicative skills score below 50
