Graduates earn two distinct degrees: either a Bachelor of Art History and Curating or a combined Bachelor of Fine Art and Bachelor of Arts. This comprehensive preparation enables careers in either field individually or through interdisciplinary practice. The Art History and Curating specialization fosters artistic appreciation through historical context while providing practical experience in exhibition development and professional internships. Students gain foundational knowledge of Indigenous cultural evolution while developing critical analysis skills for historical and modern contexts. Coursework explores vital Indigenous societal issues, including ongoing settler-Indigenous dynamics and profound connections to land and sea.
