Cybercrime ranks among the most rapidly expanding criminal activities worldwide. Daily, malicious actors leverage the internet's speed, convenience, and anonymity to conduct various illegal operations, such as phishing schemes, credential breaches, and ransomware attacks. Despite this growing threat, the cybersecurity field faces a severe workforce shortage, with over three million positions expected to remain vacant in the coming years due to insufficient qualified professionals.
The Bachelor of Cyber Security program was designed in collaboration with government and industry security specialists. Students will acquire critical skills to protect organizations from digital threats by understanding cybercriminal psychology and tactics, while mastering key areas including data protection, penetration testing, forensic investigations, cryptographic applications, secure programming, and AI security.
