Successful completion of an Australian bachelor degree (or equivalent).

195 credit point pathway - COGNATE ENTRY (2 years)

Successful completion of an Australian Graduate Certificate in Digital Health (HCDHBU or HCDHO) with 5 years of equivalent industry experience.

180 credit point pathway - COGNATE ENTRY (18 months)

Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate Health Data Integrity and Auditing (HCHIA) with 5 years of coding related work experience and successful completion of a prescribed Coding Challenge exam.
180 credit point pathway - COGNATE ENTRY (18 months)
Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate Health Data Integrity and Auditing (HCHIA) without 5 years of coding related work experience.
WAM - Weighted Average Mark (WAM) 70%
Selection criteria
All students are expected to undertake two bridging courses: the Anatomy and Physiology Bridging course, and the Health Classification and Clinical Coding bridging course. These are designed to enable students to develop critical foundation knowledge required to undertake the course. Students entering the Masters program with specialised health and classification experience and practice may be eligible to sit assessments awarding recognition of prior learning.
