The Master of Arts program enables you to expand your expertise in your chosen field while honing advanced research capabilities through independent study. As an MA student, you'll complete a supervised research project resulting in a thesis submission. By the end of your studies, your thesis must showcase your comprehensive mastery of complex subject matter within one or more academic disciplines. This qualification can also provide a pathway to PhD studies, provided you satisfy the specific doctoral program's admission criteria and have successfully completed your MA. Admission to the Master of Arts requires: meeting the minimum academic prerequisites specified for the program, and confirmation that your selected department or school can offer suitable research facilities, resources, and supervisory support for your proposed area of investigation.
