The Master of Accounting (12-subject program) spans 3 trimesters across 1.5 years. Learners have the option to utilize all available trimesters for continuous study, potentially shortening their program duration.
Admission requirements include:

Applicants must have completed equivalent coursework to ACC700 Principles of Accounting (fulfilling prerequisite requirements), BUS702 Australian Business Law, and BUS700 Economics through an approved AQF Level 7 or higher accounting qualification.
This program equips graduates holding approved bachelor's degrees, graduate certificates, or diplomas (AQF Level 7 equivalent) with the necessary expertise for associate membership in professional accounting organizations including CAANZ, IPA, and CPA Australia. The curriculum prepares students for successful careers in professional accounting.

The 12 core subjects deliver advanced accounting knowledge, blending professional practice with theoretical foundations. The program culminates with BUS707 Applied Business Research, enhancing technical skills while developing critical professional competencies in analysis, problem-solving, strategic decision-making, communication, information systems management, and ethical reasoning.

CAREER OPPORTUNITIES
