The Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a graduate-level degree in general management tailored for professionals seeking to build a strong business foundation while acquiring contemporary skills and knowledge for modern business challenges. Griffith University provides two distinct MBA programs, both centered on core principles of ethical leadership, sustainable operations, and international outlook to cultivate globally conscious business leaders. Our programs vary in format: one offers complete flexibility with options for online or in-person study across standard 12-week trimesters (MBA program 5158), while the intensive alternative is exclusively online with 6-week course durations (MBA program 5670). Both formats feature practical assessments, enabling immediate workplace application of learned concepts. The curriculum covers essential business disciplines including sustainable practices, financial reporting, organizational leadership, strategic innovation, and change management. Students gain comprehensive insight into business operations and contemporary industry challenges. The flexible program allows elective specialization in fields like finance, marketing, or logistics, whereas the accelerated online version follows a fixed twelve-course structure without electives.
