The Bachelor of Visual Arts provides comprehensive training in historical, theoretical, and practical aspects to launch your career in the visual arts, whether locally in Australia or globally. This studio-focused program offers numerous chances to network with potential employers and professionals.During your first year, you'll explore foundational courses covering Painting, Sculpture, Performance and Installation, Photography, Drawing, and Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art. Academic admission requirements for international students will be reviewed by Griffith International and approved the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Education).
There are several ways to gain admission to undergraduate programs of the University.
Applicants may be considered for admission based on:
a completed Queensland Certificate of Education (QCE) or equivalent;
completed or partly completed higher education studies;
TAFE/VET qualifications;
overseas qualifications considered comparable to Australian secondary studies. completion of a Special Tertiary Admissions Test (STAT)
