This program features in-depth study of exercise sciences along with at least 500 hours of hands-on professional training. Graduates will qualify as both Exercise Scientists and Exercise Physiologists, opening doors to diverse career paths. With comprehensive understanding of human physiology and exercise impacts, you'll develop skills to evaluate, create, and implement exercise regimens that enhance wellbeing, boost performance, reduce chronic disease risks, and address various health issues. Program graduates will be equipped for careers in both Exercise Science and Exercise Physiology. Potential roles for Exercise Scientists span multiple sectors including: community fitness and sports programs; cardiac, respiratory, and sleep medicine diagnostics; rehabilitation services; sports administration; athletic performance training; and workplace health initiatives.
