The postgraduate clinical rehabilitation program enables healthcare practitioners across all allied health, medical, and nursing disciplines to expand their expertise, competencies, and professional approach in clinical rehabilitation. The 1.5-year Master of Clinical Rehabilitation demands full-time commitment (or equivalent part-time study). This program is delivered through the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Applicants who do not hold the Graduate Certificate in Clinical Rehabilitation or the Graduate Diploma in Clinical Rehabilitation must normally hold an approved degree or equivalent qualification in a health related area from an approved tertiary institution. In addition applicants must have at least two years' post degree experience in a related clinical area. Applicants who have at least two years’ post degree work experience in a related clinical area within an Australian context may be eligible for 18 units of credit towards the Masters in Clinical Rehabilitation, including the 9 units of the placement topic plus 9 units of elective topics.
