This Master's by Research program involves students collaborating with a Principal Supervisor, who is assigned by the Research Higher Degrees Sub Committee and approved by the School. Designed to take between 1.5 to 2 years of full-time study, the degree is granted upon submission and external examination of a thesis comprising roughly 40,000 words. Successful completion of an undergraduate degree and subsequent additional honours degree which is graded as at least second class and which includes a dissertation demonstrating the ability to undertake research at a master’s level; OR Honours equivalence, such as a combination of professional, qualifications and research experience, including Masters by coursework.
English language requirement
Academic IELTS of 6.5 overall with no band less than 6.0; or equivalent
