This degree program is crafted to launch your teaching career. Whether your ATAR results fell short or you don't meet the subject prerequisites for a teaching degree, this course offers the perfect starting point. Over three years, you can pursue one of three pathways:
If you didn't qualify for direct entry into a teaching program, begin with the Bachelor of Education Studies. After your first year with strong academic performance, you could transfer into the second year of a FedUni teaching degree, potentially becoming a VIT-registered teacher within four years.
Another option is to complete all three years of this degree, then progress to a Master of Teaching (Secondary, Primary, or Early Childhood) to achieve VIT registration in 4.5 years.
Alternatively, this three-year general degree prepares you for various education-related careers. Graduates can work as Education Officers creating programs across industries, Education Support Officers (Integration Aides) assisting students in schools, or pursue roles in education policy as project officers. The career possibilities for graduates are extensive and diverse.
