Current School projects examine early childhood nutrition education, systems-based approaches to regional food security in Western Australia, educational gaming for public health awareness in children, and physical activity programs for elderly care residents. The School features specialized OHS and environmental health labs with industry-standard hazard evaluation tools, along with advanced nutrition analysis facilities and innovative teaching laboratories designed to optimize learning outcomes.
