In ECU's Screen Production program, students will craft compelling and imaginative screen content.
They'll work alongside WAAPA's performers, choreographers, and musicians. The curriculum covers essential skills from idea generation and screenplay writing to project coordination, film direction, cinematography, and post-production, with students collaborating on various formats like narrative films, documentaries, music clips, and digital installations. Participants will benefit from cutting-edge television studios and training resources to develop professional competencies and establish lasting creative networks. Top-performing students may qualify for advanced studies within the School or gain admission to the renowned Master of Screen Studies program at WA Screen Academy.

Qualification Requirements
All applicants must meet the academic admission requirements for this course. The indicative or guaranteed ATAR is as published (where applicable) or academic admission requirements may be satisfied through completion of one of the following:
AQF Cert IV,
Successfully completed 0.25 EFTSL of study at bachelor level or higher at an Australian higher education provider (or equivalent),
Undergraduate Certificate,
Special Tertiary Admissions Test,
University Preparation Course,
Indigenous University Orientation Course,
Aboriginal University Readiness Assessment, or
Experience Based Entry Scheme.
International Baccalaureate Diploma - Minimum of 24 points (Minimum of 28 points for Law), consisting of aggregate from 3 higher level & 3 subsidiary level
