The Photomedia program fosters analytical and innovative approaches to modern image creation within photographic arts.
Learners examine both historical and critical viewpoints in photography while developing unique visual methods and artistic principles to express concepts. Through mastering photographic vocabulary, tools, and methods, students gain skills applicable to various modern photomedia fields such as fine art, commercial photography, style journalism, graphic storytelling, publishing, documentary photography, and motion imagery. All applicants must meet the academic admission requirements for this course. The indicative or guaranteed ATAR is as published (where applicable) or academic admission requirements may be satisfied through completion of one of the following:

Successfully completed 0.25 EFTSL of study at bachelor level or higher at an Australian higher education provider (or equivalent),
Undergraduate Certificate,

Indigenous University Orientation Course,
Aboriginal University Readiness Assessment, or
Experience Based Entry Scheme.
International Baccalaureate Diploma - Minimum of 24 points (Minimum of 28 points for Law), consisting of aggregate from 3 higher level & 3 subsidiary level
