This dual degree program merges the Bachelor of Engineering (Mechatronics) Honours with the Bachelor of Technology (Motorsports).
Mechatronics engineering blends electrical, electronic, and computer engineering with mechanical engineering, facilitating the creation of smart machines and sophisticated manufacturing systems. Key study areas encompass mechanics, CAD/CAM, analog and digital electronics, signal processing, electromechanical systems, advanced materials, sensor tech, automation, robotics, system design, and project management. Graduates emerge as engineers skilled in electrical, electronic, computer, and mechanical engineering, capable of leading multifaceted projects.
The motorsports track enhances engineering problem-solving skills while building technical, financial, and managerial expertise relevant to manufacturing sectors, especially motorsports. Students master the full cycle of design, simulation, production, and management in manufacturing, with a focus on motorsports applications. Additional extracurricular opportunities help students refine their skills for entering the motorsports field.
