A solid grasp of commercial law and legal risk management is a sought-after skill among employers across both private and public sectors.
Your studies will cover fundamental legal principles including the legal system, court procedures, legal documentation and analysis, civil wrongs and commercial regulations, along with competition and consumer rights laws. You can then customize your focus by selecting three specialized courses from areas such as real estate, labor law, finance, resources, global commerce, and patents, among others. Although this program doesn't lead to legal practice qualifications, successful completion of first-year core units may make you eligible for admission to ECU's Law degree program.
