The Master of Research (Business) is a two-year program designed to enhance your research skills, introduce you to cutting-edge concepts in your selected area, and engage you in an independent research endeavor.
Advancing from the first to the second year of the Master of Research (Business) isn't guaranteed. While students are initially admitted for the first year, moving forward requires maintaining a 75% average in first-year coursework. Those who complete the initial year but don't meet the progression criteria can exit with a Graduate Diploma of Business Research.

To be considered for selection into this degree you will need to meet at least one of the following criteria:
completion of a bachelor degree with a minimum distinction average (70% and above, or equivalent) in the final year of study and in a cognate discipline to the proposed research thesis area
completion of a masters or honours degree with a minimum distinction average (70% and above, or equivalent) in a cognate discipline to the proposed research thesis area
