Advance the field of exercise and sports science through PhD-level research.
You can begin doctoral studies in disciplines like sports science, physical activity, and nutrition. This encompasses epidemiological, behavioral, and social science research on activity patterns across populations and specific groups, along with investigations into muscle and bone metabolism and physiological functions.
Additional research opportunities focus on movement analysis and athletic performance, including motor skill development, perception-action relationships, movement efficiency, and senior fitness.
Nutritional research covers food source assessment, athletic nutrition, and dietary connections to health conditions like cardiovascular disease, obesity, diabetes, and bone disorders.

To be considered for selection into a Higher Degrees by Research (HDR) degree, you are required to have completed either:
a research project in a related area including a thesis which is equivalent to at least 25% of a year's full-time study at Level 8 or 9 of the Australian Qualifications Framework with achievement of a grade for the project equivalent to a Deakin grade of 70% or equivalent
a masters degree (research) in a related area

TOEFL IBT: 94 Writing 24
C1 ADVANCED and C2 PROFICIENCY: 185 No band less than 176
PTE: 65 No less than 58 in each skill
OET: Overall B (equivalent to a IELTS 7~7.5 range)
