Deakin's Bachelor of Design (Architecture) offers a journey of exploration, delving into the innovative realm of architectural design and its capacity to enhance our constructed surroundings. To be considered for an undergraduate course, you need to meet Deakin’s entry and course-specific requirements, as well as the English language minimum prerequisites.
Non-Year 12 applicants with:
higher education study
Vocational Education and Training (VET) study
work and life experience Or
completed Year 12 in 2021 or earlier.
Completion of one of the following:
2 credit points in an AQF Level 7 bachelor degree
certificate IV or higher in a related discipline
a diploma or higher in any discipline
at least 50% completion of a diploma or higher in a related discipline relevant work and life experience.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS: Overall 6 No band less than 6
TOEFL IBT: 69 Writing 21
TOEFL PBT: 550 Writing 4.5
C1 ADVANCED and C2 PROFICIENCY: 169 No band less than 169
PTE: 50 No less than 50 in each skill
OET: Overall C
