You'll have the option to choose 3-4 elective units, enabling skill development in complementary fields beyond project management (such as healthcare, science, education, or engineering). This flexibility proves beneficial if you have a target industry for applying your project management expertise.

Project management stands as a unique professional field with specialized knowledge, methodologies, and tools. It encompasses guiding projects from conception to completion while achieving all defined objectives.

The curriculum applies to diverse sectors including education, healthcare, business, IT, construction, engineering, and R&D. In your final semester, you can opt for either the Research Stream or Professional Stream specialization.

The course teaches essential project management methodologies covering budgeting, scheduling, quality control, risk assessment, communication strategies, HR management, and procurement. Additionally, you'll develop leadership capabilities, team coordination skills, and motivational techniques.
