The curriculum applies to diverse sectors including education, healthcare, business, IT, construction, engineering, and R&D. In your final semester, you can opt for either the Research Stream or Professional Stream specialization.
The course teaches essential project management methodologies covering budgeting, scheduling, quality control, risk assessment, communication strategies, HR management, and procurement. Additionally, you'll develop leadership capabilities, team coordination skills, and motivational techniques.
