Pursuing a career in international security involves shaping and implementing crucial decisions that safeguard nations and influence our shared destiny. This program develops your analytical abilities and provides specialized understanding of global relations and security disciplines, training you to become a capable leader and strategist in an evolving global landscape. During the 18-month curriculum, you'll master subjects like national security strategy, policy development, intelligence operations, and law enforcement. With instruction from faculty who have held high-ranking positions in policy formulation and intelligence assessment, you'll examine conventional themes of conflict, diplomacy, and military tactics alongside contemporary security challenges such as ecological and climate concerns, digital misinformation, cyber capabilities, humanitarian and cultural matters, global networks, and cutting-edge innovations.
A three- or four-year Bachelor degree in a relevant field, OR successful completion of a Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma in International Relations or related field.
