This program expands upon the graduate certificate's foundation by incorporating subjects related to project quality, risk and procurement management, along with leadership effectiveness.
Students will investigate quality management implementation in projects, covering strategy development, quality assurance, certification processes, audits, monitoring systems, training programs, performance benchmarking, and industry best practices. The curriculum addresses various risk categories and teaches analytical methods for risk assessment. Contracting procedures, procurement functions, acquisition processes, and contract oversight are also studied.
Participants will cultivate essential management competencies required for personnel-focused leadership responsibilities. After completing the graduate certificate, students can progress to this diploma program and subsequently advance to the master's degree.
