The Curtin Graduate Certificate in Business equips you with essential knowledge in economics, financial decision-making, leadership, and organizational behavior.
This program is designed for managers across all career stages (from emerging to mid-senior levels) seeking to validate their business expertise, particularly those without prior university qualifications or with non-business undergraduate degrees.
Upon finishing the four-unit graduate certificate, you can either conclude your studies, take a break, or continue with eight additional units to earn your Master of Business Administration (MBA).
You'll develop skills to: Analyze and apply modern business theories to enhance organizational performance; Communicate effectively across various formats to engage and persuade stakeholders; Make informed management choices backed by thorough analysis of markets, HR, and financial data; Evaluate personal, team, and corporate practices to identify innovation opportunities while upholding ethical, sustainable, and socially responsible principles.
A bachelor degree plus at least three years work experience.
Applications may be considered from those who do not have a bachelor degree provided they have significant work experience at a recognizable level of responsibility.
