Our Bachelor of Laws program offers the foundational qualification required to become a practicing lawyer in Australia. This course equips you with essential legal skills while developing strong business acumen. You'll explore the principles of rule of law and the ethical obligations of legal professionals. The program includes elective units in specialized areas like forensic advocacy, family law, human rights, native title law, and legal technology, allowing you to customize your degree.
The Bachelor of Science program lets you specialize in one of four fields: Data Science, Earth Sciences, Environmental Science, or Information and Communication Technology, providing in-depth expertise in your chosen discipline.
The first three years are completed at Curtin Perth, with the final year and an additional trimester at Curtin Law School's city campus. Here, you'll gain hands-on experience through mock trials in our advanced moot court and real-case work at the John Curtin Law Clinic. The program also offers valuable networking opportunities with faculty members and practicing legal professionals at Curtin Law School.
