The Engineering-Commerce dual degree is an expanded, elective program tailored for engineering students. This program aims to enhance your business acumen, providing additional expertise to launch your engineering career after graduation. Your first year will include the Engineering Foundation Year (EFY), created in collaboration with industry leaders to establish a strong grounding in core engineering principles and modern practices.

You'll begin with six foundational units (accounting, economics, information systems, business law, management, and marketing) to explore different business domains before specializing in your chosen major.
You'll refine communication abilities and essential professional competencies valued by employers. Opportunities may include career counseling and international study experiences. A distinctive feature of this program is the final-year Business capstone unit, where you'll manage a simulated multimillion-dollar enterprise, applying your expertise to solidify learning while producing real-world deliverables.

Through this major, you'll master accounting fundamentals, auditing, taxation, and related business law and financial management concepts, enabling you to apply this knowledge across diverse accounting scenarios.
