Additionally, you'll investigate groundbreaking design methods addressing both local and international challenges in the fashion sector.
You'll acquire essential design fundamentals and hands-on studio experience. In our cutting-edge fashion lab - featuring professional-grade equipment, specialized tools, and digital design software - you'll hone abilities in textile handling, garment creation, pattern development, styling, and fashion sketching.
This specialization fosters inventive design thinking, technical mastery, and real-world exposure. Upon completion, you'll possess the expertise, understanding, and professional network to pursue various roles in the fashion world.
Final-year students may showcase their collections to industry experts at an annual fashion event. (Attendance is optional and requires a participation cost.) The Fashion Design major is part of the Bachelor of Design degree. You can customize your studies by choosing either two supplementary minors or one minor plus four elective courses to align with your professional aspirations.
