The Master of Project Management and Leadership (Professional Practice) program equips students with essential project management, leadership, and communication competencies to effectively organize, oversee, and guide enterprise projects using both conventional and modern methodologies. This curriculum enhances interpersonal abilities in leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, and change management while simultaneously strengthening technical expertise in risk assessment, project scheduling, project phases, and financial planning. Through organized work-integrated learning experiences and potential internship placements, the program fosters students' ability to implement these skills in real-world professional settings.
Applicants are required to have an AQF equivalent bachelor degree from a recognised Australian tertiary institution (or equivalent).
Applicants without an equivalent tertiary qualification may be admitted to the Graduate Diploma of Project Management and Leadership pathway.
