The Associate Degree in Legal Studies is designed for individuals looking to expand their knowledge of the legal system without pursuing a comprehensive law degree.
This program provides a foundational understanding of legal concepts, procedures, and principles while covering practical legal areas including torts, contracts, criminal law, and international law.
It serves two types of students: those with a general curiosity about legal matters who don't want to commit to a full law degree, and those testing their interest in legal studies before potentially enrolling in a complete law degree program.
After finishing the first year of the Associate Degree, students can apply for entry into the Bachelor of Laws program and request credit transfers for completed Associate Degree coursework.
