Throughout the program, you'll explore discipline-specific core subjects designed to prepare you for operational leadership in modern organizations. The curriculum covers essential topics including management principles, business communication strategies, HR management, marketing fundamentals, financial management, and accounting for decision-making. A dedicated professional development unit will help you assess leadership competencies and reflect on your personal growth needs. Specialize in an area aligned with your career objectives by selecting one of five majors, each offering internship opportunities for hands-on industry experience and networking. Options include hospital and health services management, human resource management, international business, organizational change leadership, or marketing.
A completed 3 year bachelor degree in any discipline from an Australian university or college, or equivalent overseas qualification; or
A CQUniversity Graduate Certificate in Management.
English Language Proficiency
An International English Language Testing System (IELTS Academic) overall band score of at least 6.0 with a minimum 5.5 in each subset; or
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) - Required 550 or better overall and minimum TWE score of 4.5 (Paper Based Test), or 75 or better overall and no score less than 17 (Internet Based Test); or
Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE Academic) - Requires an overall score of 54 with no sub-score less than 46; or
An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components.
