The dual Master's program in Construction Practice and Project Management equips aspiring construction project managers with expert knowledge for handling intricate building projects. The construction industry pioneered and remains the primary field for project management application. This global sector faces escalating costs and complexity in major developments. Consequently, blending construction expertise with core management principles - covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, personnel, quality, procurement, stakeholder relations, and environmental considerations - proves extremely beneficial. Construction project managers command premium salaries and work across commercial, residential, industrial, and civil projects, including energy and resource developments. Graduates earn both a Master of Construction Practice and Master of Project Management. This qualification holds international accreditation from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field (Note - This program is not available to graduates of Bond's Bachelor of Construction Management and Quantity Surveying, students may consider the Master of Building Information Modelling and Integrated Project Delivery as an alternative.)
