It addresses the rigorous practice standards now required by government agencies and informed private sector clients for Building Information Modeling (BIM), Lean Construction (Lean), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) in optimized construction projects. The Master of Building Information Modeling and Integrated Project Delivery equips students for leadership roles as BIMLeanIPD Managers, adding value to projects and stakeholders. Delivered through intensive sessions, the program focuses on training industry experts for BIMLeanIPD management positions. While it explores various BIM technologies, it does not specialize students in specific technical areas. A key component is the 40-credit capstone project, where students tackle realistic BIMLeanIPD scenarios requiring complex data analysis and synthesis.
