The Master of Accounting (MAcc) program is a specialized degree tailored for individuals seeking professional accounting credentials. This curriculum blends conventional accounting graduate studies with pathways for students from diverse undergraduate backgrounds to obtain accounting qualifications. Students explore both fundamental and advanced topics including financial and managerial accounting, economics, taxation, business law, investment analysis, and audit practices. The MAcc delivers rigorous academic training in accounting principles while providing practical industry exposure. This program effectively combines core accounting competencies with strategic decision-making, leadership development, and financial expertise. It aims to cultivate students' capacity to provide financial guidance to organizations. Successful completion of a recognised Bachelor degree (or equivalent qualification) in any field other than accounting.
English language proficiency requirements:
International English Language Testing System (IELTS): Academic Overall score 6.5 with no sub score less than 6.0
Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test (TOEFL iBT): Overall score 79 (no scores below 21 in Writing, 18 in Speaking, and 16 in Reading and Listening)
Pearson Test of English (PTE) Academic: Overall score 58 with no Communicative Scores below 50
