This innovative program was developed in close partnership with industry leaders to help construction and built environment professionals enhance their skills. It addresses the rigorous practice standards required by government agencies and discerning private sector clients for Building Information Modeling (BIM), Lean Construction Practices (Lean), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) in efficient construction project execution. Equivalent to forty postgraduate credit points, the course caters to working professionals through micro-credentialed modules. Each module combines a two-day intensive learning session with a one-day follow-up, aiming to equip professionals for leadership roles as BIM, Lean, or IPD managers rather than specialized IT technicians in these specific technological domains.
