This program empowers you to oversee projects and programs (or coordinated groups of projects) within a portfolio, making decisions that result in successful financial, social, ethical, and environmental results. We employ a practical methodology with real-world case studies and research-backed evidence. You can implement your newly acquired skills across any project type in any industry. Our principal goal is to instruct you in the art of 'making things happen,' which is the core function of project management. Projects act as instruments of change, and project managers serve as agents of that change. Whether you're guiding change for product development, service delivery, or system enhancement, project managers aim to achieve results on time, within budget, as planned, and without unexpected issues. This is accomplished through a combination of technical, tactical, and strategic choices that optimize value and reduce wasted effort.
The Bachelor of Project Management is delivered by a seasoned group of industry experts and research-oriented educators through weekly interactive sessions spanning two years (six semesters) of full-time study.
