As Australia's sole Field Epidemiology Training Program (FETP), the MAE holds accreditation from TEPHINET, the global network of field epidemiology training initiatives. This program develops expert epidemiologists to enhance preparedness against infectious diseases and health emergencies across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. MAE alumni now occupy senior roles in Australian health agencies and global institutions including WHO and Doctors Without Borders.
