The Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management in Healthcare enables students to enhance their administrative or managerial skills through analyzing contemporary methods for policy creation and execution in healthcare systems. This program's flexible design lets participants choose between a project-focused track or a research-oriented path related to healthcare. The initial 40 credit points mirror the Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management in Healthcare curriculum. Learners subsequently complete three core units before selecting either the project or research pathway for their final 10 credit points.
To be eligible for admission to the Graduate Diploma in Leadership and Management in Healthcare, an applicant must have completed:
a bachelor degree in a health discipline or equivalent; OR
the Graduate Certificate in Leadership and Management in Healthcare.
If you’re an international applicant you’ll need the equivalent of an Australian bachelor’s degree (in a health discipline or equivalent).
