The Bachelor of Philosophy and Bachelor of Laws program aims to develop graduates with strong foundations in legal principles and practice, while fostering deep understanding of philosophical and ethical dimensions within the legal field. Students gain expertise in textual interpretation, constructing arguments, and effective communication, preparing them for diverse professional opportunities in our globalized world. Alongside core legal education, the curriculum includes mandatory and optional philosophy courses covering ethics, epistemology, jurisprudence, human nature theories, political philosophy, logical reasoning, and philosophical history. This dual focus cultivates a sophisticated understanding of law's societal framework, sharpens awareness of legal complexities, and hones analytical abilities crucial for modern legal work.
