Tailored for graduates who have earned a Masters through coursework or an Honours Bachelor degree, our Master of Philosophy is entirely research-based and spans two years of full-time study. With mentorship from an experienced research supervisor, you'll conceptualize, design, and execute your own independent research project on a subject that inspires you. The program offers the freedom to explore topics aligned with your personal interests and professional field. This self-guided degree eliminates traditional classes and coursework, instead focusing on progress milestones to ensure steady advancement toward completing your thesis or creative output. Your academic journey will culminate in producing a significant thesis or creative piece with an accompanying exegesis, followed by an oral defense before an examination panel. Recognizing the challenges of juggling studies with work, family, and other obligations, we've built flexibility into the program. You can opt for full-time or part-time enrollment, allowing you to advance your academic aspirations while maintaining your current responsibilities.
