The Bachelor of Laws program can be pursued as either a standalone degree or combined with another discipline. Throughout this program, you will:
examine fundamental legal theories, procedures, and approaches within common law frameworks
develop competencies in ethical analysis, policy evaluation, and public speaking
acquire comprehensive expertise in core legal fields required for professional practice
specialize by selecting from our extensive range of elective courses
receive instruction from practicing attorneys, retired judiciary members, and global scholars
participate in practical placements across various legal domains including Constitutional Law, Indigenous Rights, and International Human Rights
network through university-sponsored initiatives like Lex Salus, Next Steps, and the Law Students' Association
For those holding an existing undergraduate degree, the program can be completed in a minimum of three years of full-time study (or its part-time counterpart).
